If user belongs to 'insider group' cannot see or post 'private comments' or 'private attachments' In task edition. Also cannot toggle comments/attachments privacy.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up your user group as insider group in 'administration/parameters/group security'
2. Update repository configuration on your query to bugzilla.
3. No private comments/attachments does appear, also the possibility to toggle
