Patch
Fixed in HEAD > 20110406 My inner Eclipse has no styling whatsoever. Created attachment 192765 [details]
workbench with strange lines and square tabs
Bogdan had a quick look, and said that this was related to having the e4 tools (like the model editor and live model editor) installed.
Bogdan, is the theme extension in the model editor interfering with the SDK CSS themes?

The problem comes from the way the engine chooses which stylesheet to look at when applying styles. I need to fill out more of the CSS DOM interfaces to allow the engine to find all of the applicable stylesheets when calculating which styles to apply - currently, I was creating a new stylesheet with all of the includes and setting that as the one stylesheet to look at. (When another stylesheet comes along, say from the model editor, it would replace my initial stylesheet - which is why Remy and Paul's styling disappeared). Released a temporary fix for this while I work on the final fix. This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie. This is a mass change to close all e4 bugs marked with "stalebug" whiteboard. If this bug is still valid, please reopen and remove the "stalebug" keyword. |
