Files in Synchronize view should have commit action in their right-click menu. The commit action should open the commit dialog for the selected files, then when the user has approved the action the changes should be committed to the local repository and pushed to the corresponding remote repository.

This feature should work like Eclipse's CVS Synchronize's commit feature with as few clicks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make changes to a file.
2. Select Team->Synchronize...
3. Right-click the changed file in Synchronize view, no option to commit is present.
