Build Identifier: 20110218-0911

If a report contains tables placed one in another, with inner table page break interval set to 0, then the inner column headers won't be repeated if exported to DOC format. They do appear on PDF's though.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a report with two tables, one inside another.
2. Set page break interval of the inner table to 0.
3. Supply enough input data so that reports take more than 1 page.
4. Preview it in DOC format.
