Hi,

I am the release engineer for the MoDisco and EMF Facet builds.
The MoDisco and EMF Facet builds must be prevented from running concurrently.
So, I'd like to use a Hudson lock.

Please create a new lock in Hudson (the one installed on hudson.eclipse.org) named "modisco-emffacet".
