When add a new file and go to git status page :
1. Clicking on the new file brings the inline compare viewer but the left side of the ruler gives wrong number , the left side ruler is representing the empty file so it should render no numbers.

2.If clicking on another file , which is modified and come back to click on the new file again , the ruler now kind of remains some number from the other file  so something is wrong.
