There may be other operations that are shifting the order of the elements inside of a collection. It needs to be investigated. See this bug: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=341873

Marking as resolve since the problem has not been witness since the contribution of this fix for 3.1.0.
