The Roll-in/out animation is no longer working correctly. In IE its not there at all, for other browser only the border is animated while the content stays visible.

Fixed in CVS HEAD.

Had to set outer element overflow to false (previously done automatically by GraphicsMixin). This might be problematic when we want to add a shadow to the menu, in which case the overflow needs to be disabled only for animation.
