Say we have a new server type that doesn't have launch configuration defined, i.e. no support for start and stop etc. Then we do a Run On Server and create a new server in the dialog, then we will get the following NPE:

1. Define a new Server Type extension that doesn't have launch configuration
2. Run on Server with a resource
3. Create a new server in the Run On Server dialog, and run.

The new patch looks ok and fix the previous problem on the old patch.
