[BDD] Papyrus have trouble to associate compartment of blocks with the data created, operation in operation compartment, properties in property compartment,etc. "SysML blocks are based on UML classes as extended by UML composite structures." Operation are created in "value compartment".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a block
2.Create an operation
3.A menu with 4 elements "create operation" is poped up and when select one an operation "+null()" is created in value compartment.
