[AllDiagrams] User should be able to create a "callout notation satisfy" between an element and a requirement as said in SysML specification, paragraph 16.3.1.4 "Requirements on Other Diagrams".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Drag&Drop a requirement in an element
2.No satisfy callout notation is created
3.User cannot created one by itself

Applies not only for "satisfy" but also for all other traceability link types: "refine", "verify", "derivedReq", "copy", "trace".
