Official release http://www.eclipse.org/jgit/download/ is still 0.10.1
From what I see CloneCommand was added in December http://egit.eclipse.org/w/?p=jgit.git;a=commit;h=4112884ede26000890a5a65a4703b762d93b4336
but it is still not available in official release.

CloneCommand is in 0.12.1.
