After fixing the bug #341312, the build (N201103291303) still fails.

The version of [o.e].tests/library.xml used in build is very old and has hardcoded location of the stylesheet.

Map files has changed to use the newver version of the [oe].tests that allows configuration of this from the test.xml's.

Fixed in N201103300850.

All test.xml's now overrides default extraVMArgs passed to library.xml to avoid problems with jacoco
