Build Identifier: 3.6

When we try to open certain resources, which are not associated with any editors,
a standard "No Editor Found" Message is being thrown. There is no way, in which we can associate custom Error Messages with files of different extensions.
To make it clear,I will describe a scenario.
In my rap and rcp apps, I have files with extension ".cert",.When they are double clicked,I want to pop up a custom Error Message in a dialog Box.There is no way, in which we can override that standard behavior

Reproducible: Always
