The Installed Software and Installation History tables on the Installation Details Dialog do not show the Provider.  

The Feature and Plugin tables show similar content but include this information.

Failing to include this information is encouraging providers to include it in the feature name directly; duplicating the provider information and unnecessarily lengthening the feature names.

1. Open Installation Details Dialog
2. Select the Installed Software or the Installation History Tab

I've committed the change to the Installed Software page, do we really need it on the history page?  We don't show the id there.

It was included in the request so the information presented throughout the dialog was consistent.
