In order to allow other plugins to add items to the Papyrus online help, it is necessary that the toc.xml defines suitable anchors that other plugins can reference.

The elements of the Papyrus online help (Developer, User and Customization guide as well as web references) have now suitable anchor definitions. An example how to reference these element in order to extend the help can be found in the di2todi plugin.
