The problem not only happens within the jdt-editor. It happens in any Text-Editor-Subclass, so we opened a new bug-ticket. We recognize the problem in eclipse 3.6. In eclipse 3.5 the problem doesn't exists. 

the screenshot shows the problem (2) and a small horizontal displacement we also recognize (1)
