With the recent changes to the RAP launcher, the documentatin does not match the launch configuration dialog any more.

"Servlet and Entry Point" updated

This patch updates the "Servlet and Entry Point" section of RAP launcher documentation to the latest state.

* Bug 338706: added a new RAP Launcher screen shot and the "Instance area" section
* Bug 336242: updated the "Log level" section 

Currently, I don't see any other mismatches between the documentation an the launch configuration dialog.
Bug 342190 and Bug 342854 will change the launch configuration dialog therefore I added them as depend on.

the attached screenshot should replace the "/images/launcher.png" screenshot.

RAP Launcher documentation should be up to date for 1.4 release of RAP after the patch attached to this bug is applied. There are no RAP Launcher changes planed for 1.4 which could affect the documentation.

Thanks for this documentation. I reviewed it together with Beyhan and we committed it with some small changes to CVS HEAD.
