Hi,
I'm having to make some updates in the Pt-br resources and I could see that EPF l10n management is from old 3.2 style.
Today's pattern (Babel) is to have one main feature by project (or deeper packages) but one for each language.

Btw, why EPF is not part of Babel project yet?
