Browsing the 4.1 IBuild repo, I see the following IUs with a name that is only "featureName".

org.eclipse.jdt.source.feature.group
org.eclipse.pde.source.feature.group
org.eclipse.equinox.p2.user.ui.source.feature.group
org.eclipse.cvs.source.feature.group
org.eclipse.help.source.feature.group


This is not the case when browsing the 3.7 repo.  This indicates that we are rebuilding the source features, in most cases, we should probably be reconsuming the 3.7 source features directly instead of recreating them.
