Properties on a constraint property (shaped liked port) correspond to the properties of the constraint block identified as the type of the constraint property.

User must be able to create a new property on a constraint property, it should add it as a new property of the constraint block that types the constraint property

Parametric diagram editor is about to be redesigned from scratch. I closed as invalid every old tasks open again previous version.
