Fix for bug 114563 changed the way how Ant builders are now executed. This change should be documented in help page.

Documentation was added when the bug was fixed, you can find the new help topic Project Builder Ant Targets in the context help for the targets tab in the build config dialog.

I will add a link to the help topic in the concepts area under the Ant & External tools help section as well.
