Authors of XML documents currently do not have a method of associating a schema with an XML document unless explicitly defined within the document itself. For various reasons, this may not be possible (for example, generated XML files). This impacts both validation and content assist for the user.

This patch adds in a tracing option that provides info info schema providers are taking too long to return.

Bug 340867 was opened to address the unit test failures caused by this.
