When running the tooling test suite with the "RAP Tooling 3.6" launch config, there are messages printed to System.err:
The message
  [Fatal Error] :1:1: Premature end of file.
is printed 4 times.

I worked at the tooling recently and I've never seen this message when running the tooling tests. Probably, it is fixed with the bug 341508. Will mark this bug as fixed too.
