This would be a great feature: use drag and drop to reorder members of a class in the 
outline view!

Why is this useful: because when you have Eclipse automatically add methods (for 
example unimplemented methods from an interface), they are added at the end. I tend to 
group public, protected and private methods, so most of the time I need to move the 
created method. AFAIK, currently I can only do that using CUT & PASTE in the editor.

We have reached RC2. Postponing > 2.1 since it isn't a critical defect.
