Bug 340648

Description Kristoffer Peterhänsel CLA 2011-03-22 08:00:09 EDT
Build Identifier:

http://eclipse.org/equinox/incubator/ shows links to various projects that are in incubation under Equinox. But the list is really misleading.

Security, Server Side and p2 have all been promoted but still link to the incubation page. While it may be useful to still have links to the incubation pages. It should really clearly mention that it is pages that only really have historical value.

Second the Aspects and Resource Monitoring projects seems to have died a long time ago. It would make sense to explain this somewhere as well.

Reproducible: Always

Moving to the project team that maintains their web presence.
Comment 2 Martin Lippert CLA 2011-04-07 03:05:22 EDT
Equinox Aspects is not dead at all, but for quite some time now graduated as Equinox Weaving and the web needs a lot of update to reflect that. I will take care of that.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
