Currently unmarshalling predicates with Binder works, but there is an issue when marshalling.

The issue can be reproduce by uncommenting the relevant tests in:
- org/eclipse/persistence/testing/jaxb/annotations/xmlpath/predicate/ns/BinderTestCases
- org/eclipse/persistence/testing/jaxb/annotations/xmlpath/predicate/BinderTestCases
