[TemplateParameter] Changing the properties of a template parameter into a redefinable template signature make papyrus freeze.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a class
2.Create a redefinable template signature
3.Create a template parameter
4.Changes somes properties

In order to declare a parameter for a property, you have to choose a ConnectableTamplateParameter.

The implementation of UML in the plugin do not allow to set as parameterable element a property for a template paramter.

This is the same for operationTemplateParameter and ClassifierTemplateParameter.
