Eclipse workbench does not mirror when running in right-to-left mode.

- Launch Eclipse 4.1 in right-to-left mode (with -nl rtl)
- Eclipse workbench does not mirror
- Note that About dialog & Preferences dialog are properly mirrored

Any plan to support right-to-left mode in Eclipse 4.2?

p.s. launch Eclipse in right-to-left mode with -dir rtl
