Looking at the osgi_bundle_facet_uninstall_page.png image from the Libra M6 N&N, I see that there's text that has the word "plugin" in it.  The correct form to use in the UI is "plug-in."

    * Explain why you believe this is a stop-ship defect. Or, if it is a "hotbug" (requested by an adopter) please document it as such. 

This is a small post-M6 NLS change. It's better fix it now, before the first official release of Libra. 

    * Is there a work-around? If so, why do you believe the work-around is insufficient? 

No workaround. 

    * How has the fix been tested? Is there a test case attached to the bugzilla record? Has a JUnit Test been added? 

Manually tested by me. The change is straight-forward. 

    * Give a brief technical overview. Who has reviewed this fix? 

Nothing technical here - just a small change in string messages.

    * What is the risk associated with this fix? 

No risk.
