org.eclipse.modisco.java.discoverer.DiscoverKDMModelFromJavaProject
org.eclipse.modisco.java.discoverer.DiscoverKDMModelFromProject
use org.eclipse.modisco.java.discoverer.internal.core.AtlLaunchHelper which always serializes the output model.

This is not wanted unless the user explicitly chooses to serialize.
