We don't use org.eclipse.core.runtime in Orion, but it appears in our features. We should remove it. This plugin mostly contains deprecated APIs and backwards compatibility support.

Also had to update the releng .product file to mark org.eclipse.equinox.app to be started instead of org.eclipse.core.runtime
