These activators (and maybe others) don't initialize their singleton and don't call super methods in start() and stop():

org.eclipse.emf.facet.util.core.internal.Activator
org.eclipse.emf.facet.common.core.internal.Activator
org.eclipse.emf.facet.efacet.core.internal.Activator

I looked at all the Activators I had in my workspace, and fixed the Activators in these projects:

org.eclipse.emf.facet.common.core
org.eclipse.emf.facet.efacet.core
org.eclipse.emf.facet.query.java.tests
org.eclipse.emf.facet.util.core
org.eclipse.emf.facet.util.emf.core
