Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Controls Demo -> Combo Tab
2. Click on "Set visible items count" (set them to 3)
3. Open the list of first Combo - scrollbar thumb looks broken

Fixed in CVS HEAD in VML.js by applying the IE-Box-height fix to the VML-canvas.
