Since 3.7, SWT allows to assign an ID with a Menuitem.

Along with this change, the SWT class now has a number of predefined id's that should also be present in RWT. Their names all start with ID_

MenuItem#set/getId added. All six constants added to SWT class too. Changes are in CVS HEAD.
