Hi,

Following the EMF Facet API Cleaning, we should add some x-friend packages in order to reduce the amount of warnings caused by the old infra layer.

According to the EMF Facet policy (http://wiki.eclipse.org/EMF_Facet/API_Policy), API.README.txt files need to be created to justify those x-friend.

Indigo release. The company has signed a Member Commiter Agreement. The
contribution does not need a CQ (see bug 322327).
