Hi,

in the outline view, it displays macro, includes, variable definition, function prototype and function declaration.

So i have to scroll to the bottom to click on function declaration, which i only interest in the outline.

Is it possible to hidden all the other stuffs except function declarations?

Thanks
Mike

Reproducible: Always

You can group macros and includes and filter out forward declarations. Use View Menu - i.e. click at pointed down triangle in the top right corner of the view.

Please, do not mis-use bugzilla for asking questions. Use Eclipse Community Forums http://www.eclipse.org/forums/ - Language IDEs - CDT.

Hi, Andrew,

thanks for your answer.

I've tried to configure the view, group the marco and includes. I still get a lot of things there. I can't find any help for how to use the filter! I want only the function declaration displayed in the outline view.

I asked myself 3 times before i post something here in bugzilla. We also have bugzilla in the company, i understand it is sometimes boring to clean-up the "ridiculous" bugs. The thing is that i can't get any answer from anywhere else.

I will try to post my question in the forum firstly and wait for a couple of days. In case of no answers...would you pls tell me what should i do?

Thanks

Have a nice weekend
Mike
