RAP recently defined a platform filter to prevent the installation into the IDE. See bug 338544. The war products should set this filter in the web.xml to make RAP work. This change should be harmelss because no other applicaton runs on the server side which defines a windowing system.

Fixed in libras master. The web.xml contains now a "-ws rap". There is also a new test make sure the ws was set.
