NatTable Actions to internal.patch

Hi,

As part of the EMF Facet API cleaning, we should not expose the org.eclipse.emf.facet.widgets.nattable.internal.actions package

Here is a patch which set this package as internal.

(a) I, Nicolas Guyomar, wrote 100% of the code I've provided.
(b) I have the right to contribute the code to Eclipse.
(c) I contribute the content under the EPL.
