Possibly fixed with 32c75e3bdac700daf8883fa69f99aa188cf1dd52
which handles the case of triggered transitions but no trigger can be specified due to a lack of incoming messages.

Please try to reproduce and attach a model and steps to reproduce.

To prevent the complete erasure of models we implement a work around as described in bug 339910.
