Orion pre-M6 (HEAD)

1. Go to sites.html or edit-site.html
2. Try to click the user profile menu at the top-right of the window.
3. A DOM error is thrown, but nothing else happens.

Adding the <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=8"> tag to these pages will fix the problem.

Is this tag present in the other pages but not sites.html and edit-site.html?
