1) The 'Save Search' action is not located in the toolbar in the top right corner (see navigate-table.html)
2) The title is duplicated. There is 'Orion Search Results ' in the header and 'Search Results' below

This looks fine to me today. The title appears in the breadcrumb area like on other pages, and the search results link appears to the right of the list of results.

The issues Szymon mentioned still exist.
"Search Results" is in the content, and now that it is in the breadcrumb area, it doesn't need to be in the content.

I'm going to assign these "polish" kinds of bugs to myself for M8.  
(except that there's no M8 milestone in bugzilla so for now I'll leave M7)

fixed.
- the "save search" now appears in the toolbar commands
- there is no heading on the page
