Description

If I understand correctly the URL entered for the repository contained /login/xmlrpc? Were you able to access the repository when you removed that portion from the URL? Yes, you're right. First, I entered the URL that already had contained the /login/xmlrpc part, and after I removed it, I could successfully authenticate (without any HTTP 404). Thanks for clarifying. I agree that we could do a better job in detecting the proper URL. I have put this on the backlog and hopefully we'll be able to make some improvements on this in an upcoming release. Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1]. We are closing ~14K Bugzilla issues to give the new team a fresh start. If you feel that this issue is still relevant, please create a new one on GitHub. [1] https://github.com/orgs/eclipse-mylyn |
