1) Actions are not located in the toolbar in the top right corner (see navigate-table.html)
2) The title is duplicated. There is 'Plug-in Registry Viewer' in the header and 'Installed Plug-ins and Services' below
2) No object toolbar to remove/refresh just one plug-ins

Moreover:
1) 'Type a plugin URL here' in the text field to enter plug-in URL should be cleared when I click on it to enter a URL, otherwise I have to clear the field and then start typing
2) The tree should be similar to the file tree. There should be checkboxes next to plug-in items used to select plug-ins to delete/refresh using 'More actions > Delete or Refresh' like in the file navigator.

fixed.
I did the basic work to make the commands appear in the right place, etc.
However I did not switch to a table representation in the interest of time, as most of the behavior is implemented in a specialized dijit.Tree extension and it wasn't a no brainer to move this around.
