Steps:

1. Navigate to Sites (http://localhost:8080/sites.html)
2. Press [+] (Create Site Configuration)
3. A dialog will pop up, close it with (x) (Cancel)
4. Press [+] again

Same error happens everywhere NewItemDialog is used. Only affects Firefox and does not seem to cause any loss of functionality.

I have a fix for this which I will release after M6 is declared.
