I'm running in IE9 in IE8 Doc Mode. On the nav table I'm seeing a big brown swath over where the splitter is when I first load the page. I set a favorite and the visual problem went away however the splitter is entirely ungrabable and so unresizable. FWIW I can grab and re-size on the coding page although this looks like a different kind of splitter.
