Bug 339419

Summary: Team > Ignore does add line properly to .gitignore
Product: [Technology] EGit Reporter: Max Rydahl Andersen <manderse>
Component: CoreAssignee: Kevin Sawicki <kevin>
Status: RESOLVED FIXED QA Contact:
Severity: normal
Priority: P3 CC: caniszczyk
Version: unspecified
Target Milestone: 0.12-M2
Hardware: PC
OS: Mac OS X - Carbon (unsup.)
Whiteboard:

Description Max Rydahl Andersen CLA 2011-03-09 14:52:13 EST
Build Identifier: Eclipse 3.6.2

I had a .gitignore file already with the following content:

target
*~

where there was no carriage return after that last line.

When using Team > Ignore on folder I got:

target
*~/foldername

Making the .gitignore ignore bogus content.

Reproducible: Always
