The IP review process has started for OSGi Runtimes support component.  We would like to add this to the plan.

I  propose to call the component Runtime Support or Framework Support

Naci, thanks for starting the IP review process. 

Just to avoid any confusion... In the plan of which version of Libra do you want to add this contribution? Indigo or post-Indigo?

On the 02/23 Libra call [1] we've decided that for Indigo we ship only the two components that we already have in Git: OSGi Bundle Facet and WAR Products. So, I guess you mean adding it in the plan for the Libra release after the Indigo one.
