Which I suspect really means taht org.eclipse.jpt.jpa.eclipselink.feature needs retagging. 

The "comparator" tests shows that the feature version has not changed since graphiti removed as 'include' ... either that, or you've forgotten and left the source includes in there? 

In either case, we have same feature version having different content between two I-builds, so be retagged for M6.

The entry "Plugin: org.eclipse.graphiti.pattern.source 0.8.0.v20110127-0826" is not present in both features.
The entry "Plugin: org.eclipse.graphiti.ui.source 0.8.0.v20110201-1429" is not present in both features.

No source included. I have just re-tagged it.
Please reopen the bug if it is still an issue.

This error still shows up.

I think the map file was not updated. It still says
