A new marker is added on each file save none

Description Fred Bricon CLA 2011-03-08 19:45:50 EST
Using the latest code from master, when editing a project pom.xml, whenever you save the file, a new marker is added to the project :
"Project configuration is not up-to-date with pom.xml. Run project configuration update"

Updating the project configuration remove all the markers.

Expected behavior : only one marker should be added.

If I may add :
- It should be a warning marker by default, not an error IMHO
- overall, user should have a way to configure (some of) the marker severities via a preference menu
